The Flash Cosplay
Custom made flash costume, mostly inspired by the comics but has some other inspiration from other media. Foam armor with spandex undersuit. Lights are affixed to the chest that can "flash" or be solid for added effect. There is added weathering and detail but some parts of it have some damage but nothing some cosplay mending can''t fix easily. Does not include the helmet or goggles.
